For Skin, Eyes & Immune Support
Essential for normal growth, vision, and healthy skin. Vitamin A also plays a role in maintaining mucous membranes (like the gut and lungs), which are a calf’s first line of defense. Calves are born with low Vitamin A stores — regular supplementation helps bridge the gap.
For Bones, Calcium & More
Helps the calf absorb and use calcium and phosphorus, which are crucial for strong bones and healthy growth. Vitamin D also contributes to muscle development and overall vitality.
For Antioxidant Protection
Acts as a natural antioxidant, protecting the calf’s cells from oxidative stress — especially during periods of rapid growth, stress, or change. It also works closely with selenium to support normal muscle and immune function.
For Resilience & Muscle Function
Supports antioxidant systems and helps maintain healthy muscle and immune responses. Selenium is especially important in regions with low soil selenium levels. Works in tandem with Vitamin E to support overall wellbeing during early development.
For Thyroid & Metabolism
Key to thyroid function and hormone regulation, which impact growth rate, energy levels, and development. Iodine also plays a role in skin condition and coat health. Deficiencies can go unnoticed but may affect growth and general condition.
For Nutrient Use & Energy Balance
Helps calves utilise energy more efficiently by supporting glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity. Chromium may help calves cope better with stressful events like weaning or transport.
